Once your request has been processed by Flyte Property Management Solutions Pty Ltd, you may be forwarded the information by mail or email or you may personally inspect it at the location where the information is held or another appropriate place. Whenever possible, we will endeavor to make the information available to you in the manner requested by you unless it is unreasonable for us to do so (e.g. if you have asked for the information to be emailed to you, we will endeavor to email the information to you. If the file size would be too large, we may send you the information by hard copy instead of email).

Anita managed our unit with a capability and understanding that allowed us to sit back and relax. She has great attention to detail, picking up a major problem concerning the individual water meters which the body corporate hadn’t ensuring the problem was remedied immediately. We would highly recommend Anita to anyone considering renting their investment property.

Anita is superb, friendly and professional. I have never previously dealt with someone with such attention to detail and ensuring I was comfortable. Going to the extent of offering to get technical services done that I had not yet raised. When I did request for a tradesman to fix an issue, the matter was resolved immediately and through skilled tradesmen. Easily 5 stars.
Flyte property are amazing! They take care of everything that you could possibly think of and keep me up-to-date with any changes along the way. They’ve made the transition from homeowner to landlord seamless and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a property manager.
