New investor?

Your contract with Flyte Property Management Solutions will be discussed in detail prior to signing. Once all documentation has been completed Anita will take care of the rest! You can expect to be updated throughout the entirety of the management and in line with your custom communication plan.

Changing agents?

The best time to consider a change is part way through a tenancy. This means there’s less disturbance to the tenants and all tenancy information has been completed and is available for handover. We’ll ensure all correct documentation is collected from the other agent and the tenants are immediately informed and educated about the change. The best part – once you’ve signed with our agency we’ll do the rest for you, including informing the other agency of the change. That means you don’t have to worry about any uncomfortable discussions.
