Queensland Rental Reforms

For the first time in 40 years the Queensland Government is opening the doors to renting reform in hope to improve the process for everyone. As landlords, tenants and agents we’re given the opportunity to share our experiences. It’s with hope that our feedback will give the Government the information they need to make the changes required now and in the future.
It’s important that we make the most of this opportunity and play our part of shaping our future as landlords, tenants and agents. If this first step moves forward it’s likely the proposed changes to our legislation that will affect you.
